Nous avons le plaisir de vous annoncer la création du site web du Multispecies Ethnography and Artistic Methods (MEAM) Network.

The MEAM initiative was instigated by Andrea Petitt and the Network co-founded together with Véronique Servais (University of Liège, Belgium) as well as with Anke Tonnaer and Catrien Notermans (Radboud University, Netherlands). We all work with multispecies ethnography in different ways and had the urge to further explore artistic research methods. Our creative conversations soon turned towards fashioning a gathering of multispecies ethnographers who also use different artistic expressions to think, feel and conceptualise more-than-human relations.

The Multispecies Ethnography and Artistic Methods (MEAM) Network are for all scholars and artists working with research on multispecies and more-than-human relations through ethnographic and artistic methodologies. We are a diverse group from a range of disciplines, countries and backgrounds and we come together here to share our overlapping interests and to explore and discover new avenues and collaborations.
